Our Story
Perch Vacations & Homes is created by a group of Airbnb hosts and real estate investors, born out of a vision to help you expand your possibilities into short-term rental. From purchasing the right property to running successful operations of your rental, we know what it takes to create a successful short term rental and will be with you every step of the way.
